🏊 Amenities Requests
Reserve the clubhouse, request pool access, or view amenity information.
🏛️ Clubhouse Reservation Request
The clubhouse is available to residents free of charge. A $100 refundable deposit is required prior to receiving access. Access is provided via August Smart Bluetooth Lock.
Same as start date for single-day events. Use a different date for multi-day reservations (e.g., Friday setup + Saturday party).
Maximum 50 guests. Reservations are limited to 4-hour slots.
The phone number linked to your August app account. Access is provided via Bluetooth smart lock.
By submitting, you acknowledge:
- A $100 refundable deposit is required before receiving access
- You are responsible for cleaning the clubhouse before departure
- No glass bottles or containers in the pool area
- Only 3M Command Hooks/Strips on walls (no tape, nails, or adhesives)
- You accept full responsibility for all activities and damages during your reservation
🏊 Pool & Facility Access Request
Request a physical key card, digital access via App Pass app, or both. Access is available only to homeowners in good standing with current annual dues paid in full. First physical key card per address is free; additional cards are $25 each.
Including yourself. Up to 3 additional household members (age 16+) may receive App Pass app access at no charge.
By submitting, you acknowledge:
- Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- No diving, running, or rough play.
- No smoking, vaping, glass, or metal near the pool.
- No fence jumping. Use your access card or app.
- Children under 16 require adult supervision.
- Proper swim attire is required.
- No swimming during storms or when ill.
- Guests must be accompanied by the homeowner.
- Do not share pool access with non-residents.
- Report all incidents immediately.
- Put umbrellas down when leaving.
🎾 Tennis & Pickleball Courts
First-come, first-served. Located near the clubhouse. Open dawn to dusk. No reservation required.

Legally required notices (assessments, meetings, violations, liens) will be sent by mail to your address of record.

Homeowners have the right to inspect and copy certain Association records. The board will respond to written records requests promptly.
The board may charge a reasonable fee for copies. You will be notified of any fee before records are provided.

This process applies only to formal record requests under Georgia law. General inquiries are handled separately.
Some records are already available in the Resident Portal. Check there first before submitting a formal request.
