We are a small business helping Homeowners Associations in metro Atlanta self-govern efficiently and organize what new state law requires.

The Story

TooLazyEggs started the way most excellent ideas start, with a problem that needed solving.

When the founders joined the board of their own Homeowners Association, they found it difficult to manage. No central place for documents. No easy way for residents to find information. No system for staying on top of compliance. Just binders, email chains, and excellent intentions.

They didn't want to bring in an outside property manager. They wanted to stay self-governing. Since they knew how to build websites (real ones, not drag-and-drop templates), they built one for their community. And it worked. Residents could find what they needed. The board could communicate clearly. Documents were organized and accessible.

Then Georgia passed Senate Bill 406, the Property Owners' Bill of Rights Act, and the bigger picture came into focus. Self-governing Homeowners Associations across Georgia were going to need support to meet compliance requirements. We offer real, custom-built websites designed for the way Homeowners Association boards actually work. Not templates. Not generic page builders.

TooLazyEggs exists to help self-governing Homeowners Associations can remain self-governing, with websites that support compliance, communication, and operations so board members can focus on their communities.

Why the Eggs?

It started with two eggheads.

The founders' daughters (creative, curious, and full of ideas) named the company and helped create the artwork. What started as a family joke became the spark for something real. The eggs inspired this venture, and the goal is for it to grow into a true family business, one that reflects the same values we bring to our own community.

Why "Too Lazy"?

Nobody running a Homeowners Association board is lazy. You are volunteering your evenings to keep a community running. You are reviewing budgets, fielding complaints, coordinating vendors, and learning laws you never planned to study.

"Too Lazy" is our way of saying: work smarter, not harder. You should not have to become a web developer, a compliance officer, and an IT department just to run your neighborhood. Let us handle the technology so you can focus on the community.

What We Believe

Transparency over tactics

Our pricing is on the website, not behind a "request a quote" button. Our code is custom-built, not a template with our name on it. When you call, you talk to a person, not a sales funnel. No hidden fees. No lock-in contracts. No surprises.

We are a family business in Sharpsburg, Georgia. We serve self-governing Homeowners Associations across metro Atlanta and beyond. We started with our own neighborhood, and that is still how we think about every community we work with. When you call, you get someone who knows your name, not a ticket number.
