Too Lazy Eggs, LLC ("TLE," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (toolazyeggs.com) or when we build and host a website for your Homeowners Association (collectively, the "Services").

We provide two distinct types of services, and this policy addresses both:

1. Our website (toolazyeggs.com), where you learn about our services, view pricing, and contact us.
2. Homeowners Association websites we build and host, where we process data on behalf of your Homeowners Association as a service provider.

We are a small business based in Sharpsburg, Georgia. We believe in being straightforward about what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you contact us through our website, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, and information about your community. We do not require you to create an account to contact us. There is no login, no registration, and no user account system on toolazyeggs.com.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit toolazyeggs.com, our web server may automatically record: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and referring URL, and date and time of visit. We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, social media widgets, remarketing tags, or advertising cookies. We do not build visitor profiles or track you across other websites.

2.3 Service Providers We Use

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. To run our website and our customers' websites, we use these service providers, which process data on our behalf:

We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, social media widgets, remarketing tags, or advertising cookies. We do not build visitor profiles or track you across other websites.

2.4 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect: payment card or financial information, Social Security numbers or government-issued identification, geolocation data beyond what an IP address reveals, biometric data, or information from minors (see Section 9).

2.5 Cookies

toolazyeggs.com does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our network provider (Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary security cookie to distinguish people from bots. Homeowners Association portals use a login cookie so residents can stay signed in.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide through our contact form to respond to your inquiry and follow up to see if you are still interested. We will not use your phone number or email address for marketing purposes without your consent. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we will.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information. We will not sell personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, social media platforms, or any third party for their marketing purposes. The only third-party services that process data are listed in Section 2.3 above.

5. Data We Process on Behalf of Homeowners Association Customers

When we build and host a website for your Homeowners Association, your Homeowners Association is the data controller and we are the data processor. We process Homeowners Association data only as directed by the Homeowners Association's authorized board administrators. We do not access, use, sell, or share Homeowners Association resident data for our own purposes.

If a resident has questions about how their Homeowners Association uses their data, they should contact their Homeowners Association board directly.

6. Data Storage and Security

Contact form submissions are delivered to our business email, hosted by Hostinger. toolazyeggs.com is hosted by Hostinger with Cloudflare providing CDN and security. Homestead, Commons, and Enclave tier Homeowners Association websites are hosted on Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, D1, R2). Sanctuary tier data is hosted on an on-site server at the association's location, with data storage drives owned by the association.

We implement reasonable safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, regular security updates, and zero content-management plugin dependencies. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry. If you do not become a customer, we will delete your contact information within 12 months of your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

For Homeowners Association websites, upon termination of services we provide a complete data export and delete your community's data from our systems within 90 days of confirmed receipt. For Sanctuary tier customers, the data storage drives and all data on them belong to your Homeowners Association.

While service is active, we keep your Homeowners Association's records for as long as the association keeps them in the system, following the retention settings the board chooses.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us at hello@toolazyeggs.com or 678-322-8409. We will respond within 30 days.

Homeowners Association residents: if you are a resident of a Homeowners Association community whose website we host, your Homeowners Association controls the data about you. Please contact your Homeowners Association board directly to exercise your rights.

9. Children's Privacy

toolazyeggs.com is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at hello@toolazyeggs.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice on our website. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
